FREE SHIPPING on all orders 

SHIPPING SERVICES:  Shipping to all US and Canadian destinations - United States Postal Service and  Federal Express. 

SECURITY:  Includes Insurance Coverage for the value of the item to protect against loss or damage during shipping.  Also includes Proof of Mailing receipt, and Delivery Confirmation which provides the zip code, date, and time the article was delivered (for tracking purposes).  Signature will be required upon delivery of all fine art packages.

SHIPPING METHOD:  Prints are shipped via USPS Express Mail service (1-2 business days) for US destinations.  USPS Express Mail International service for Canadian destinations.  Originals shipped via FED EX. Orders are packaged and shipped with care by Concord Fine Art proprietors out of Northern California.  Prints and original paintings by artist Shawn Stephens are packaged and shipped with care by Shawn out of Tampa Florida.   

PACKAGING YOUR PRINT:  All high quality prints are placed in a clear, acid free plastic sleeve, gently rolled and placed in a durable, water-resistant plastic telescoping tube.  Each tube has a screw top and an adjustable shoulder strap to provide easy portability.  Tubes are then placed in a shipping box for added strength.  We have every confidence that this is one of the best packaging methods for the transport of your print.

PACKAGING YOUR ORIGINAL:  Valuable original paintings are packaged with care in our customized art shippers.  Paintings float between thick, soft foam pillows which line a heavy duty box.  Boxes are plastic lined top and bottom to prevent punctures.  Guaranteed protection.

SHIPPING TIME:  Allow 3-6 weeks for order processing and delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL:  We gladly accept orders from every corner of the globe.  International customers should contact our gallery by phone, 1-800-701-9932, or email.

PAYMENT METHODS:  We accept debit cards with the credit card symbol, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card via our website shopping cart feature.    When ordering an original or paying by check or money order, proceed to "Checkout" page where the item(s) in your cart has been selected and appears on the page.  Print out, complete form, add CA sales tax (7 1/4 % for California residents only) to the retail price of the print and enclose your check or money order and mail to:  Concord Fine Art, Order Department, PO Box 586, Willow Creek, CA  95573.  Customer will incur a $25.00 fee for a returned check.   

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:  All sales are final.  We guarantee the quality of each print we ship, and in the event of a shipping problem such as a package which has arrived damaged and has subsequently damaged the print, we are happy to work with customers to remedy their situation.
