For California shipments only, add CA sales tax to print price (7 1/4 %), enclose check or money order with completed order form, and mail to: Concord Fine Art, Order Dept., PO Box 586, Willow Creek, CA 95573.
After we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Orders will be processed after check has cleared. Customer will incur a $25.00 fee for a returned check.
Receipt will be mailed with your Original &/or print.
